Silhouette Fitness provides a digital fitness platform that includes an 8-week sculpt program, customized meal plans, an AI-powered coaching agent (Sculpt Agent), a food scanner, daily check-in tools, and access to a community of members (Silhouette Sisters). Services are delivered digitally via our web application.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using Silhouette Fitness, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. Our program is designed for general fitness purposes. If you have any medical conditions, injuries, or health concerns, please consult a qualified healthcare professional before beginning any fitness or nutrition program.
To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Prices are listed in USD. All sales of digital products are final. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.
Subscription plans automatically renew at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not issue partial refunds for unused subscription time.
We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start a free trial. At the end of the trial period, you will need to purchase a plan to continue accessing the program. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial offer at any time.
All content on the Silhouette Fitness platform — including workout programs, meal plans, written content, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Silhouette Fitness and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

Results from using our program will vary based on individual effort, body composition, and other factors. Silhouette Fitness makes no guarantees regarding specific fitness or health outcomes. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silhouette Fitness and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms of Service or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately.
