Because our products are delivered instantly as digital content — including program access, meal plans, AI coaching features, and community membership — all sales are generally final. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

No Refund Policy for Digital Products

All purchases of digital products and subscription plans on Silhouette Fitness are non-refundable once access has been granted. This includes:

  • The 8-Week Sculpt Program (one-time purchase)
  • The Elite 8-Week Program with AI Coach (one-time purchase)
  • Core Access monthly subscription
  • Elite Access monthly subscription

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have received immediate access to digital content and that you waive any right to a refund under applicable digital goods regulations.

Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial on all subscription plans so you can experience the program before committing. No credit card is required to start a free trial. We encourage all customers to take advantage of this trial period before subscribing.

Exceptions

We will consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following limited circumstances:

  • You were charged twice for the same order due to a technical error
  • You did not receive access to the product you purchased due to a verified technical failure on our end
  • Your purchase was made within the last 24 hours and you have not accessed any program content

To request a refund under these circumstances, please contact us within 7 days of your purchase date.

Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the program until that date. No partial-month refunds are issued.
